Faith Crisis Life Coach ~ Ways to Work With Me ~ Ex Mormon
Okay my dear, I know you feel like your whole world just came crashing down on you. It feels heavy, scary, lonely.

I get it.

I have been there, right where you are. Going through a Faith Crisis is one of the most confusing, painful experiences you have ever been through.

Feeling like you are the crazy one. Feeling like everyone is looking at you like you have lost your mind. Feeling scared to speak your mind. Feeling like you should just keep quiet to keep the peace.

You probably feel like you should hold it all in and just go through the motions of life, like it was before. Just pretend.

I did that for a long time too.

But you are probably tired of living that way. Tired of holding your tongue. Feeling like the new you is getting lost in the shuffle?

I am here to guide you through this process.

I KNOW IT IS SCARY.

You are no longer the person you were. So how do you show up in the world now?

You can live in fear of the new you, or you can go find her!

I have a HUGE tool box, filled with all sorts of ways to help you, right now, in this scary place you have found yourself.

My dear, you will be okay. You will survive this. I promise.

Please do not let yourself get lost in this shuffle. You are needed. Your new voice is needed in the lives of your children, your spouse, your friends.

It is time to become the new you. It is totally okay to emerge as a new person.

Because, if you have been walking this awakening of yours for any amount of time, you know you cannot go back to the old way of being.

I have seen beautiful changes happen in the lives of my clients. I am always so honored to be a part of the process. I know it takes courage to let someone in.
I would love to work with you. I am waiting. Just reach out.

You are loved,

Amy
Faith Crisis Life Coach ~ Amy Logan ~ Thoughts on the Loose

One of the most important secrets to life is learning how to manage your mind, your thoughts.

We tend to think whatever thoughts run through our brains are facts. And then we get used to thinking a certain way and we get stuck in our own heads.

Guess what?!

That is not true. Your thoughts are not facts. You can actually learn to manage your mind and greatly reduce all the side effects of worry, anxiety, overwhelm, etc

It takes practice.

When you find yourself faced with a faith crisis, you can use this tool to help you through the difficult process of making such a huge life change.

Get those thoughts managed and you are on the right path.

Have a listen and tell me what you think. If nothing else it will get you thinking.

(see what I did there?) ;) Video Below!

Faith Crisis Life Coach and my Soul Searching Girl Journey (my exmormon story)

Awww, the journey of a Faith Crisis is an interesting one, isn't it?

I started my YouTube channel in 2012. It was a place to share my story and document some of my feelings and memories along the way.

It has been a place to help those of you who are coming up the ranks behind me.

I felt so alone and scared, back in 2006, when my Faith Crisis (awakening) began, that I wanted to have a space for you to come and see a real face attached to the journey.

Maybe you can see yourself in some of the stories I tell?

We are a lot a like, you and me. We are pioneers in a way.

Leaving one's faith takes time and courage.

I am hear to listen, walk with you, and guide you through the process.

I just added these words to the home page of my site...

I am Amy and I am a Faith Crisis Life Coach. I lived through my own personal faith crisis and I am living proof that there is life on the other side. I know you feel alone and scared, but it will not last forever. Let your awakening (what I like to call it now) be the most beautiful thing you have ever been through. Sound impossible? Oh my dear, it is possible.

I really do believe that this process you find yourself in the middle of is actually beautiful. (albeit so damn hard)

You will look back one day and realize that what you are going through is actually a good thing. It is the beginning of you looking outside the box. It is the beginning of you thinking for yourself.

No matter what side of the coin you land on, you may stay, you may go, but you will have a completely different perspective. You can never look at religion the same way again, and that ultimately is a good thing.

It hurts right now, but it does get better.

Stick around. Things are really getting good here.

You are not alone,

Amy xo

Stand Up, Rise and Shine Your Light! We need YOU.

Today, over on Facebook, I share a few of my thoughts about our current estate of affairs.

I believe we well get through this time of uncertainty. Take a deep breath, feel all the feels you need to and then go and do, and give, and serve, and shine YOUR light. We are here to continue to evolve and grow and we are all at different points along life's journey. I do not know the reason for such hard times, but I do believe we are here to learn how to be better people...

How are you doing? How are you feeling? Share with me, if you will.

Sending love and healing light, your way...

Amy xoxo
