As you move through your healing, connecting with your body isn’t just helpful, it is essential. So often, we stay in our heads, trying to think our way to peace. However, true healing happens when you learn to feel your way there.
Each month, I will be exploring a new theme, and once a month, I will guide you through a meditation to anchor that theme into your body and your nervous system.
