Worry and Rumination are part of being human, but they can also keep us stuck in endless loops of “what ifs” and “should haves.” In this episode, I explore the subtle differences between worry (future focused) and rumination (past focused), why our brains default to these patterns and how they drain our energy. I will also share simple ways to notice when you have slipped into the loop and gentle steps you can take to begin quieting the noise.
